Newbie = how to change text box "size" relative to shape?

When entering text into the shape "Document/file" (looks
like a piece of paper with the right corner folded over),
there is too much space between the top of the shape & the
top of the text. In this example, horizontal alignment is
left, vertical alignment is top. Is there a way to move the
text box "further up" in the shape? Is there a way to
resize the top area of the shape shorter? I've seen this
shape with text in other diagrams starting pretty much at
the "top of the shape", just can't figure out how they did
it. Thanks in advance!

You can move it up using the Text Block tool.
1. Go to the Text tool in the toolbar (the "A").
2. Click on the drop-down arrow on the Text tool and you'll see the Text
Block tool.
3. Click on the Document/File shape with the Text Block tool and you'll be
able to drag the text block anywhere you want it.
