Newbie Infopath question

Not sure if this will be the right app to streamline things for my
company, but I am interested in trying.

Right now we track sales, traffic, etc with an excel spreadsheet that is
then emailed into the head office everyday, overwriting the previous days.
We have 7 locations. Head office has another workbook that "pulls" the data
from the other stores. My questions are:

1) Can I use infopath to set up a form to collect this data from the
stores?
2) If so, can this form be web based?
3) Could head office, who would be the only ones with FTP access, be able
to pull an exported file of some kind with all the collected data?

As it stands now, we have 7 locations emailing in a 1 MB + form (since it
goes back to the first of the year) EVERY day. Tends to clog up the old
inbox for head office.

Thoughts? Opinions?

Thanks in advance,
G

Hi Gr,

Infopath is a good for your idea but the form can't be web based
because that's a microsoft product...

Infopath is include in every license of office 2003 so..
But what kind of data would you like to enter in your form?
