No tool. Just decide if you want Access to pull the data, or Outlook
to push the data. If the latter, then you would put code in the click
event of a command button that connects to the Access data base and
writes a new row. If the former, the write a macro that opens the
Outlook item and extracts the data. Access has a wizard that helps,
but its been a long time since I used it.
