NEwbie OUTLOOK VBA Question ?

I saw i can make a project with a form and code in VBA (outlook)

I wonder if i can add a shortcut or someting with similar result to the
folderlist of outlook, or to personal folders
..
I want finally would like to create a means to export my logbook data to an
MSAccess database without having to go manualy through the file export
dialog session.
So i would like some form to appear with some buttons ,without having to
manualy open the project in VBA to run it.

Can it be done ?
I have already done a lot of programming in MS Access .
