Newbie Q: Reply to email with SenderName

Hope this is the right place to ask:

I'm using Outlook 2000. and 2003 on another machine
When I reply to an email, I want to automate entry of the SenderName(s) or
just
the first name of the senders into the first line of my reply email.
Hello SenderA, SenderB, etc.
Does any one have examples or a good place to look for code?
