I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 BCM, and wondered if anyone could help with
this elementary question:
-I like to make paper notes when I call someone. It looks like the way to
enter those in BCM is (under "Business Contact History") > Add > Business
Note.
But it looks like the date/time is automatically put in. So, if I key those
in the next day, it's an incorrect date/time for when the phone call and
notes occurred.
Is there a way to CHANGE the date/time for a business note?
Thanks,
George
