Newbie question about startup forms

I have a database I need to work on that, when opened, automatically opens
up to a particular form. I know how to bypass this by holding down Shift
when opening the database. However, where in the database is the startup
form set? For example, what if I wanted to change it to be a different form?

The Start Up options can be found under Tools->Startup.
