Newbie QUestion Contact to Form

Hi All

Just about to start to make a custome TASK form for a public folder our
company uses for jobs in. I have a couple questions.

1) Can you drop a contact on a customised TASK form and have it fill in the
name and address, etc from the dropped contact?
E.g. have the task with name and address fields and when you drop the
contact on the Tast Folder these are then filled in with the details from
the contact record?

2) If you use a contacts folder and select New Task for contact it saves
this in the users Tasks Folder can this be redirected to a public folder?
