Newbie question (Easy one)

Hello,

I have recently switch to Outlook from using express for oh so many years.
I've seen some people with alot of icons on the main page of outlook, but I
can't for the life of me see where to do that. If anyone knows how I can
add more rows of icons to the existing 2 default rows, please advise.
