Newbie Question - Fields and Data Doesn't Appear When i sent the Form

Hi, im having a problem with the first form i created.

When i send out a form, with some fields and data on then, they dont appear
in the mail that the other user is recieving.

I created this custom from using the default "new message form". I just
modified it with some additional fields and controls (dropdown list, etc).

The user that recieves the form that i sent, only sees the default field
that came with the original "new message" form:

To:
Cc:
Subject:


the others field that i created after these three fields, doesn't appear at
all.

Please help me!

You probably didn't notice that the form has buttons for Edit Read Layout and Edit Compose Layout. I bet you edited just the read layout.

Hi Sue, i was hopping you were right, but i just checkit out and i edited
the "Compose Page" layout!

Any other idea?

and Edit Compose Layout. I bet you edited just the read layout.

Then you need to also edit the Read Page layout, copying your controls from the Compose layout and pasting them into the Read layout.
