newbie question: sychronize two forms w/ form wizard

I am using Access 2002, and am trying to either: 1) link
more than one form together so data entry staff enter
information on each form without having to open each form,
or, 2) link more than one form together. I have forms or
pages that I would like to create from tblScholarships and
one form that I would like to create from tblAccounts.
Both tables have the same key field.

I have come across some instructions in Help, but it
doesn't match what I see on screen.
It says to open Forms, click on NEW, and click on FORM
WIZARD in the NEW FORM dialog box. Then choose the fields
from the tables that you wish to use, and click NEXT. So
far so good.

Then it says that the second screen of the wizard will
give me an option of LINKED FORMS. However, I do not get
this screen. I am prompted to choose a layout, etc.

My question is, since the wizard does not work as
described, is there any other way to achieve the results I
want with the forms.

Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can give me!
