Newbie Schema Question

Hi,

Excuse my ignorance on this product, I am from networking background and I
have just started exploring it and have very basic questions. I have managed
to create forms based on an Access database. How do I go about creating a
schema (XSD) in order to base my new forms on.

Also are there any good sites out there to educate myself on this product

Any help appreciated. Cheers
