Newbie Security Question

I currently have a page that pulls data from my access database. The
database contains information about numerous users a column exist that
identifies the user.

I want to publish the access page on a webpage and when a user clicks the
page a report is generated. However, the report should only pull records
from the database where his specific userid is in the user field.

I know how to pass the userid to the query to where it only pulls his data,
but what I don't know how to do is have the user/pass screen linked back to
his netwok password. Is this possible?

Let me give an example:

A user logs onto the intranet goes to the web-page with the access report.
When he clicks on the report the report will run and pull data. However the
report will only pull data from the database where his userid exist in the
userid field.

Is this possible in Access?
