Newbie to Outlook programing

Hi
I want to build an add-in with VSTO 2005 (C#) that will add a toolbar to
Outlook.
This button will call a program that will search for XML attachments in the
current mail message and then insert that data into a SQL database.
Which is the best place to start documenting for this ?
Or some code samples ?
I find only demos for Excel or Word and for sending messages with Outlook.
