Ok, What is the typical scenario in project server web access. I mean you
have project web access and then you have a workspace for the project. So who
uses the workspace and who uses the Project Web Access since you can
typically do the same things from within MS Project Pro, Project Web Access
and The Project Workspace for the Project Plan. What is a typical scenario
for which people in a project would use Project Web Access and the workspace.

Jay --

Project managers and portfolio managers use Microsoft Project Professional.
Everyone in the organization will use Project Web Access at some point.
Anyone who needs to access Risks, Issues, or Documents can do so through the
Workspace for the selected project or can do so by clicking the Risks,
Issues, or Documents menu items in PWA.

Given the nature of your question, you have much to learn about Project
Server. You might want to purchase one or both of our books on Project
Server 2003, available by clicking on the URL in my signature block. Hope
this helps.

The important connection between the two is managing the security which
controls who actually has access to the site, no matter whether you're
approaching it through Project Web Access or hitting the Project site
directly.
