Newbie to templates

I created a new section in my work notebook with a template of lined paper. I
added about six new pages.

I decided that for what I needed, the lined template was not working well.
Is there a way I can change the lined template to another choice on all the
pages without having to create a new page with a new template and then
copying/pasting the old pages to the new page template and deleting the old
pages?

Can you click Format | Rule Lines | None to turn them off? Since you only
have 6 pages so far, this may be a quick solution for you.

Thanks, John. That's what I did. I found it under Tools>Options.
