When I went to publish my website I received an error message that said
550 Permission Denied. When I looked up "550 Permission" on the helps
menu it told me to change Security codes. When I clicked "tools" the
"security" icon was grayed out, which meant I couldn't change the
security codes in order to have full administrative access. How can I
get the Security icon to highlight so that I can access it and change
the administration codes? Thanks in advance.
