Ive created a very basic web for a friend in Frontpage 2000 on Windows 95
second edition. My friends has windows xp and cant open or import the web
from disk. Also can i attach the web to an e-mail or would i have to attach
the individual files. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

FS,
Your friend should be able to view the html files that are on the disk.
Make sure that you correctly place a copy of the folder containing all
the files that you created on your computer on a disk. If your friend
has a problem reading the disk, then it is a disk read problem not a
FrontPage problem. If your friend can see the files, but can't open to
view them, then he/she needs to use IE to open them to view them. Some
time some systems do not have IE or Netscape as the default viewer for
html files. Usually when this happens, the computer should give you a
message requesting you to let it know what program to use when viewing
html files.
Your second question as to whether or not you can email web pages is
that you really can't. Particularly pages created in FrontPage have
problems when it goes over via email in pieces. It is best to save the
complete folder of the site you created with FP on a disk or CD and give
it to whoever wants it. There are hidden files and scripts that get
lost during the email process.
