Newbie - webbot - SaveResults

I'm new to FP, and the Help file has left me clueless.

Where do I find all the values associated to webbot bot
Specifically, the "SaveResults"
I see fields like:
S-Email-Format
B-Email-Label-Fields
S-Builtin-Fields

I would like to understand more about these options and how they work.

Right-click on the form and choose Form Properties. The values that you
enter there are what get generated in the web bot code.

New Question:
on the E-mail Results.... For the subject line, I'd like to have two field
names combined together (or even static text + a field name)
However, I can only seem to get the Subject line to work with only 1 field
name.

Any help would be great.
