I couldn't find help on : when you right click your newsgroup on MS OUTOOK

- Snchronization settings - headers only ?
- all messages
- new messages only

also catch up?

Automatically download the headers of the posts. The body of the post will
only be downloaded when you preview or open the post.

- all messages

Download all posts (headers & bodies) of all posts in the newsgroup.

- new messages only

I think there is an internal marker that tell OE up to what date/time the
posts in the selected newsgroup has been downloaded. When you synch the
newsgroup only posts after this date/time will be downloaded (headers &
bodies)

also catch up?

Mark all posts in the newsgroup as "Read", even those that haven't been
downloaded to your OE.

I am sure all of these are in OE Help since I got no OE books & therefore I
must have read these from OE Help.

Also, you should be asking in the OE newsgroup. This newsgroup is actually
for Microsoft Access, a database development software.
