What advice would you give to a 60-year old out-of-work Helpdesk/Desktop
support analyst who would like to transition to Project Manager career? Do I
have to take a two-year course on-line with a school like Boston University?
Just wondering.

That would certainly be a start. Hopefully it's aiming at a PMP?
