Newlines in reports

If you are working in VB code, use the vbCRLF (carriage return, line feed).
If you are working in a query, you might need to use Chr(10) & Chr(13) (I
think I got those pesky ASCIIs correct...<g>)

Thanks for your reply - unfortunately I had already tried
the chrs - and just got a square box in the report. I'm
trying to concatinate an address into a field on the
report. Any other suggestions?

Since Mr. Boyce is out of town, I will suggest using Chr(13) & Chr(10). It
must be in this order.
