NewProf delivery set to none

I'm new using NewProf to generate new profiles however defaultstore is
equal to service4 (Microsoft Exchange Server) however in Outlook the
default save to location is set to 'None' any ideas? Below is the PRF
file I'm using.

Any ideas or suggestion is appreciated.
