news: 53123 group(s), 0 displayed

I've just added a new newsgroup into EntourageX. It shows up on the
"Folders" as Iglou Usenet News, as I expected. Entourage spent some time
counting the groups, and came up with a number: 53123. None are displayed,
though. I expected to see a list from which I could subscribe.

What am I missing, here?

No. You added a newsserver.


Did you choose View > Folder List? m.

Actually the Folder List is the column on the left where the news server
and all Entourage folders are displayed. She's got that.

What I think may have happened is that she's inadvertently checked
"Subscribed Only" in the View menu. Maggie, if there's a checkmark there,
select "Subscribed Only" to uncheck it and you should see all 53123 news
groups in the main window to the right.
