We also have a few extra copies of the Conference Guide. The guide contains
detailed overviews of all of the presentations delivered at the conference,
as well as offering a taste of the conference atmosphere. Click here

the guide (5.7MB PDF file). Included with the $25 guide is the companion CD,
with resource files, finished publications, and notes to accompany the
presentations. We have about a dozen copies left and the website includes a
