"News" disappeared from Outlook, even in menu configuration. HELP

I have been trying to get my Outlook newsreader in Office 2003 to work. The
Microsoft help pane told me that if I go into the "customize" utility, I
could click "go" in the categories list and find "news" in the commands list.


I tried it once, it worked, but then it miraculously disappeared.

There is no "news" in the commands list any longer, nor is there any obvious
way for me to access the news program. How do I fix this one?

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No
button.

I am haviing the same problem, set up "News" and now it disappeared. I
tried your instructions for getting it back - it did not work!!! Any other
suggestions?
