News group or URL to post & share user-created forms?

Many people asking for a form to do such & such. Most common request
lately seems to be a form to mimic the new OL2003 Contact form (with
photo).

I was wondering if there is a place where users can share their
'creations', since binaries & attachments should not be posted to the
discussion groups.

Thanks.

Actually, I don't have a mechanism for user-posted binaries there right now, but can upload a form or other file for people who want to do such things -- just send them to (e-mail address removed)

the forums at outlookcode.com would be a likely spot.
