news - icon has dissapeared and also not in the Customise icons area

I have managed to drag and rop the news icon from my
customise options screen to the menu and in doing so the
news icon is now dissapreared and is no longer in the
cutomise menus area under the GO category.

How can i get it back??

You can try to reset the Toolbar.
