Windows XP Pro SP1 with all latest patches.

This is very strange! Used to work..but now when i click on the added "News" link for OE newsreader, the following folder pops up: C:\Program Files\Common Files\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033 ! I dont know what this is supposed to mean but its very strange and not what i really want!

How do i re-set it to Outlook Express News reader?

Many thanks.

In Internet Explorer's Tools | Internet Options | Programs screen, what is
listed as your default newsreader?

Using the path that Eric pointed out, make Outlook Express, not Outlook,
your default news reader. This should reset the shortcut in Outlook2003.
