Hi,
How can we subscribe or add microsoft newsgroups in outlook 2007.

You can't without a thirdparty add-on. Outlook has never had the ability to
subscribe to newsgroups and always used the Newsreader in the OS to do
Newsgroup functionality, Outlook Express for XP and previous, Windows Mail
for Vista.
