Newsgroups offline?

Since sometime yesterday, I can't access the Modules or
Queries newsgroups - the messages window
displays "Newgroup not available".

Is there a problem with my local machine or are these
forums having some sort of downtime?

It's happening to this one, too. I can only get to odd
numbered pages even when I can get the newsgroup to come
up! I don't think it's on the user end.

AFAIK, it's only a problem for people using the web interface, as you and
Donna seem to be doing.

I'm not aware of any problems using a newsreader.

That only happens with the Web interface. If you have a newsgroup reader,
connect to the news server "msnews.microsoft.com" where these newsgroups are
working fine.

I have reported this problem to Microsoft.
