Newsgroups

Can I access newsgroups from outlook express with hotmail
as my main (paying) account or do I have to get it ($$)
from my ISP? If I can get it with Hotmail, how do I
configure it?

Hotmail does not offer Newsgroups. You'll need to go through your ISP (many
offer them free) - some newsgroups are free if you know the right server to
use - msnews.microsoft.com.
