Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) I created a document using the newslettter template, however, I only needed the first page, not the other 6 in the template. How can I save only the first page into a file?

Select the others and press "Delete".

But before you do that, check to see where the section breaks are. Use
Draft View if you have trouble: section breaks are easier to see in Draft
view.

When you delete the unwanted pages, you must not delete the section break
immediately following the page you DO want to keep, or you will break its
column layout.

Cheers

Thanks for the info, but I can seem to only delete the content on the remaining pages, not the actual page.

Display the page you want to delete then go to Insert> Remove Page. AFAIK
You can only remove one page at a time in Pub Layout View.
