Is there a NEWSREADER app within outlook 2010? If not, what means by which
to access these forums is best?

Don't O2010, but if it doesn't have a reader, agent forte is a good one.

Not that I'm aware of.

I use MesNews, myself. It's everything OE could've/should've been, and
a bit more. But it does take a bit of google-savvy. There are bunches
of them, though, and it really comes down to personal preferences.

You need both a newsreader and a newsserver. That link is to the
latter. Another free newsserver provider is www.eternal-september.org.
