I should preface this by saying my data source is thru
Perfectlaw - not Word. I have set up a letterhead letter
to merge in selected recipients (which are selected thru
Perfectlaw) I used:
mergefield recipient_fulladd
next mergefield recipient_fulladd etc.
This works in producing all the selected receipients on
one page (instead of generating a letter for each
recipient) BUT then Word fails to merge the rest of the
mergefields like claim no etc that it pulls from the
matter in Perfectlaw.
Is Word set up that once it completes the NEXT field it
stops and if so, how do I tell it to merge the matter
stuff first and then complete the recipient merge?
Thanks
