next page in footer

Is it possible to have this text automatically number in a footer "Continued
on page #"? In other words, have the next page appear. This is while still
showing the current page in the header.

Use this field construct:

{ IF { PAGE } = { NUMPAGES } = "" "Continued on page { = { PAGE } + 1 }" }

To insert each pair of field delimiters, { }, press Ctrl+F9. Type in the
field codes. Press F9 to update. Use Alt+F9 to show/hide field codes.
