I think it wouldn't be bad if there was the option, like the one you have now
i.e. the signature closing the email, which allows you to add to the date &
time stamp the place of issue just right before the date.

? What do you mean by "place of issue?"

Maybe my post wasn't too clear. I mean, like in a letter, to show the city
the email is coming from.

never changes then why add it to the notes? :)
