Nickname completion in Outlook 2002

Hi,

I just upgrade to Outlook 2002.

With Outlook 2002, when I fill the "TO:" field with a
nickname of one of my contact, Outlook find it and did the
comletion as well.

Now, with Outlook 2002, it does not find it!
And when I try to search a contact by filling the "search
for:" field with a nickname, Outlook doesn't find it
anymore.

Is there a option to retreive this function?
