Our email server recently changed from EX5.5 to EX2003. They also changed the domain we log into.
Everything works except the nicknames for internal users. Those still point to the old server which has been taken off-line. Any mail sent using the auto-complete bounces back almost immediately. The first solution was to simply delete the *.NK2 file. This fixes the problem with internal mail. The problem is that several of our users have entries for outside email addresses in the nickname cache that they don't have in their contacts folder!
I found the utility that lets you clean up the nickname file in OL97, OL98 and OL2K, but where do I find the utility for OL2002 and OL2003?
