Nightshift availablility

S

Saphetiger

I have Outlook 2007 and my manager asked me to update my availability in
outlook. Easier said than done though. I go to the caledar options and put
my availability in. 7pm to 6am (I work nights). It says the end you entered
comes before the start. Any ideas?

If you are creating appointments, the appointment needs to start today at 7
pm and end tomorrow at 6 am. If this is in tools, options, calendar options
where you set the working hours, outlook doesn't do night shifts. If the
boss needs to see your availability, you'll need to use appointments, use
tentative or busy for 'show time as'.
