I'm sure this question has been asked and I apologize for any redundancy but
being basically computer illiterate I'd appreciate (dumbed-down)help for my
problem.
My boss depends on the autosave of nicknames for the hundreds of contacts
she does business with. In other words, she does not save many contacts in
her address book, only uses that function. After her computer unexpectedly
shut down the autosave(or whatever it's called) stopped working. We were
able to fix it so that new contacts do save but is there any way to retrieve
these old contacts? Any help, in as simple terms as possible, would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced for any help!
