nk2 file disappears

Hi all,

I have a client whose nk2 file disappears every couple of months. I've done
several searches and can't find any information as to why this would happen
and how to prevent it.

Any ideas?

Our environment is Exchange 2k3, Outlook 2k3, all patches are up to date.
