Nk2 file keeps purging out

Hello,

I have a strange issue with a single user that the outlook 2003 (SP3)
autocomplete feature which is taken care by the nk2 file is getting
purged time and again. The DL's and Functional mailboxes are being dropped
and some user contacts also.

I have tried almost everything

I created a new profile which re-creates the nk2file
Disabled All Addins even through the registry
Told AV not to scan that folder
Her laptop has been re-imaged

But still it keeps getting cleared can anyone help me out on this issue?

Make sure Outlook is not listed in Task Manager, Processes tab when she
closes it. If it is listed, figure out why it's running. See
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/close.asp.
