I installed the latest update to Office 2008 and it broke my ability to access my public folders or global address list. I didn't change any settings. I have double checked everything and they were as before, now it doesn't work. All I did was run the update.

Any ideas?

To help troubleshoot, try using Entourage menu --> Switch Identity...
and create a new identity. Set up your Exchange account there. Do you
still have the problem in the new identity?

Can you verify that your server names are still the same by logging in
to your account with Outlook? Use these instructions:

1. Log in to your account using Outlook for Windows.

2. Locate the Outlook icon in the System Tray near the clock.

3. Hold the Control key *and* right-click the Outlook icon.

4. Select Connection Status... from the contextual menu.

Hope this helps!
