No Active Issues on Home Page

Hello All,

I am in the process of configuring Project Server 2002 on Win2k3. All seems
to be working properly with the exception of the Home Page. When a user
logs on, it shows as "You have no active issues assigned to you", despite
the fact that the user does indeed have active issues. However, if you
manually browse the issues and select "All active issues assigned to me,"
the issues show up correctly. Any ideas?

Follow-up to this issue... We found that the users' home pages do not show
any active issues unless they are defined as resources and assigned tasks in
the project itself. You can assign active issues to a user all day long,
but they do not show up on the user's home page as being assigned unless
that user is defined as a resource and assigned a task.

I'm not sure if this functionality is by design or whether it would be
considered a bug, but hopefully this post will help somebody else avoid the
same issue in the future.
