No add-in list in add in manager

Access 2000, with developer

Add ins are added form main Tools/Add-Ins/Add-In Manager
The MDA file is copied to the User's Application
Data\Microsoft\AddIns folder

The Add-Ins/Add-In Manager from the VB Editor does not
display the List of AddIns.
