I am a novice user of Excel. Just read a "HOW-TO" article
in INSIDER UPDATE dated 12/3/03 describing several useful
options offered by "clicking the arrow on the AUTOSUM
button", i.e. averaging, counting, min/max, etc.
available in EXCEL 2002. OFFICE XP SMALL BUSINESS ED.
w/SP-2, that includes EXCEL 2002 came installed on my
DELL 8250 when I purchased it 2/2003. It HAS no "arrow"
on the AUTOSUM button and all searches of HELP and
previous posts in this forum haven't provided information
on how I might avail myself of this useful tool. DETECT
& REPAIR "completed successfully" but still didn't
provide an "arrow" for my AUTOSUM button and allowing a
scan of my system from the Microsoft Office updates page
tells me everything is up to date. Am I missing
something other than the arrow? Thanx
