My users get this error intermittently when trying to access Project
Professinal 2003. Any idea what's causing this, or how to fix it?

Make sure your DNS & Domain Servers are available from user's machine.

If users try to access Project Professional & authentication servers (Domain
Controllers) are unavailable due to any reason, they might get this error.

Check event view for errors.
