I used to have regularly functioning auto archiving on Outlook 2003 (run in
cached mode for an Exchange server; the PST archive folders are on a local
drive) on one of the three computers I regularly use with this program.
However, I've not been prompted to auto archive for some time, and when I
looked at "Tools", "Options", "Other", there was no longer an "Auto Archive"
setting at all. Perhaps I did something -- trying to prevent an auto archive
to a local drive on one of the other computers I use (a laptop, and a machine
in my office; I prefer to keep the archive files on the desktop machine I
have at home) -- that has caused this setting to disappear, but it's
certainly not there at all now. I can still archive folders manually,
however. How do I get the Auto Archive setting back? Help much appreciated.
