No autoreply to spam mail

I automatically have spam mail sent to the "Junk Mail" folder. I was
wondering how to create a rule so that when I have "Out of Office Assistant"
enabled, that it won't send an autoreply to mail in that "Junk Mail" folder,
therefore confirming the existance of my mailbox.

I don't believe this is possible, as mail goes to your inbox first.
I don't like using OOF for this reason, among others.

Chances are you won't be validating your address, since SPAMmers usually
send their stuff from fake addresses.
